Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in Great Britain. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Mega Cards are made and dispatched within 5 working days.

All other products are made and dispatched within 10 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays. The time starts from the working day after we receive your order and everything we need to make it, such as your photos, logo or message.

Need it by a certain date?

If you need your order for a particular day, please get in touch before ordering on 01842 337 100 or at office@eventstuff.ltd and we will tell you whether we can make it in time.

How it is delivered

Our products are large, so they are delivered by courier or by our own team. We will let you know once your order is on its way.

Damaged on arrival

If anything arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will put it right.
