The Boat Race X Chapel Down
This year at The Boat Race, they were joined by the official sparkling wine company Chapel Down. Together they came up with a new way to engage guests and make the event even more memorable. They decided to introduce a photo wall, which allowed guests to share their photos on social media and capture their favourite moments from the event.
Photo CutOuts – Photo Wall
The photo wall is a bespoke giant board made from foamex and attached to our sturdy alluminum frame. This was set up at the event, and guests uploaded their photos online using their custom hashtag. This created a live feed of all the photos being shared, allowing everyone to see the event from different perspectives and relive their favourite moments.
The inclusion of the photo wall is a smart move by the organisers, as it taps into the power of social media and encourages guests to share their experiences with their friends and followers. It also adds an element of interactivity to the event, making it more engaging and memorable for everyone involved!
Other Activities
In addition to the photo wall, The Boat Race also provided other activities and entertainment for guests to enjoy. There was live music, food stalls, and a bar serving a a range of Chapel Down’s sparkling wines as well as other beverages. In addition, there was also a range of family-friendly activities, to add fun for all ages!
